Sales & Installation
We start by identifying your needs. Our team offers a free site audit and survey that will help us evaluate the proper selection of the hand-operated fire extinguisher that makes sense for your application. We’ll also determine how many extinguishers you need, and where they should be placed. Then, we’ll install them for you according to code requirements.
Inspections & Servicing
Vanguard offers monthly inspections and routine, annual maintenance on the fire extinguishers we install, and the ones we don’t. Our inspections will help you confirm NFPA 10 compliance, and allow you to rest easy knowing your facility is well-protected in the event of a fire.
Operational Training
A fire extinguisher doesn’t do much good if your employees don’t know how to use it. With property training, the success rate of extinguishing a fire with a hand-operated extinguisher increases to 98%. We’ll help educate and train your team to use your specific hand-operated fire extinguishers properly in the event of a fire.

SENTRY CARBON DIOXIDE
ANSUL SENTRY Carbon Dioxide fire extinguishers offer the best in fast response and minimal cleanup. Unlike other fire extinguishing agents, CO2 does not leave a residue, and is non-corrosive and non-conductive. These fire extinguishers may be used indoors, and are used to respond quickly to Class B and C fires. All models of the SENTRY carbon dioxide fire extinguisher are UL listed. All aluminum models are also ULC listed.
Applications: Battery rooms, electrical switchgear rooms, furnace rooms, laboratories, municipal fire departments, printing presses, pump rooms, etc.
SENTRY WATER
ANSUL SENTRY water extinguishers are built to help you respond quickly in the first critical minutes of a fire. Lightweight, durable, and simple to operate, SENTRY water extinguishers are made of a clean stainless steel shell that leads to long service life. Featuring a 2.6 gal. capacity and field rechargeability, SENTRY water extinguishers are designed to suppress fires in Class A combustibles.
Applications: office environments, some industrial locations, warehouses, oxidizing chemical storage areas, and more.
RED LINE DRY CHEM
RED LINE cartridge-operated dry chemical fire extinguishers are available in a wide selection of agents, designed to tackle whatever industry hazards you encounter. Available in 5-30lb options, this is the premier line of fire extinguishers for high-risk industries like chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, mining, aviation, and power generation. Their cartridge operation offers increased reliability, field recharge, and ease-of-use for on-the-spot fire suppression.
Applications: Aircraft hangars, dip and quench tanks, fuel loading racks, fuel storage areas, heavy construction sites, loading docks, metal tube manufacturing, mining equipment, oil pumping stations, truck, buses, warehouses, and more.
CLEANGUARD CLEAN AGENT
For facilities where fire suppressant agents can be as devastating as the fire itself, CLEANGUARD clean agent fire extinguishers provide a simple solution. Ideal for facilities with sensitive electronic equipment and valuable assets, these fire extinguishers do not leave a residue, are electrically non-conductive, low in toxicity, and environmentally friendly. They will not cause damage to materials, equipment, or facilities.
Applications: Art galleries, aircraft, banks, communications facilities, data storage areas, manufacturing laboratories, museums, magnetic imaging rooms, and more.
CLEANGUARD MR COND.
CLEANGUARD MR conditional extinguishers are ideal for hazard areas that require a reliable, corrosion-resistant fire extinguisher with a clean agent that will not cause thermal shock damage and that is electrically non-conductive. Rated for Class A, B, and C fires, CLEANGUARD MR fire extinguishers are safe and non-magnetic. They require no cleanup and are lower in toxicity compared to other, similar agents.
Applications: magnetic imaging rooms, semiconductor fabrication facilities, food processing facilities, and more.
K-GUARD
The K-GUARD liquid agent fire extinguisher was designed specifically for use on kitchen-style fires that involve combustible cooking fats, both animal and vegetable, in commercial cooking equipment. Newer cooking appliances require a fire extinguishing agent that produces a cooling effect, in addition to smothering a fire. This extinguisher, when combined with an automatic fire suppression system, can achieve just that. K-GUARD meets or exceeds UL Standard 8 and Standard 711, UCL Standard S554, and NFPA 10.
Applications: Restaurants, cafeterias, convenience stores, food courts, hospitals, hotels, schools, and more.
WHEELED CARBON DIOXIDE
The ANSUL SENTRY carbon dioxide wheeled fire extinguisher is designed to offer one-person fire extinguishing capabilities to large indoor areas where Class B or C fires could occur. The wheeled nature of this extinguisher increases the capacity of carbon dioxide that it can hold, while still being managed by one operator. Using carbon dioxide as its agent, this extinguisher is able to suppress hazards quickly without leaving a residue. It is non-corrosive, non-conductive, and comes in 50 and 100lb models.
Applications: aircraft hangars, paint spray booths, quench tanks, metal tube manufacturing, and more.
WHEELED DRY CHEM
RED LINE wheeled dry chemical fire extinguishers are designed to offer you rapid response to large fires, with the freedom of one-person operation. These fire extinguishers are of industrial size, but feature wheels that make them highly portable and operable by just one person. Available in two models, these extinguishers come in a variety of dry chemical agent options formulated for specific classes of fire.
Applications: Airport facilities, dip and quench tanks, fuel loading racks, fuel storage areas, heavy construction sites, loading docks, mining equipment, offshore platforms, oil pumping stations, paint spray booths, production lines, steel and iron mills, manufacturing areas, and more.
